Dr. Dinkels founded CCTM with a simple vision: to provide rural and community hospitals with the same level of specialist oversight found in major academic centers. By prioritizing clinical integrity over corporate growth, CCTM remains a high-touch, physician-led practice.

Solving the crisis of care

The traditional staffing model is strained. Between the high cost of locums and the burnout of local hospitalists, facilities are often forced to transfer patients they have the capacity to treat—if only they had the specialist backup.
